We know who the “great mother” was, and we know that her kids went roaming away from home. What we don’t know is why we found them looking all so strangely different. Scientists are now reporting what seems to be the obvious.

Since we have a president who can’t speak, why not allow him to choose a Defense Secretary who can’t count? Robert Gates showed off his math skills today when he proclaimed that adding a warship to the Gulf does not equate to an escalation in force.

George Bush and friends keep telling us that we can “win”. They tell us nearly every day that we’re fighting Al Qaeda while the generals leading the war in the gulf tell us that over 90% of those we’re fighting are ordinary citizens who have armed themselves in an attempt at trying to expel the western invaders. Sure, this is old news, but John McCain who follows suit in his support to extend the war effort is actually getting alot of support.

If one day to god is eleven million years to us, I’m afraid I have some bad news. That invisible sky captain is not helping you score goals, nor will it ever care to do anything to stop the genocide in Darfur.

Felipe Calderon is making a visit to the U.S. this week, and many in his nation believe it’s to sell the Mexican owned oil company, Pemex. Apparently we don’t need an alternative fuel source, just leaders to bargain away the natural resources they’re all so lucky to have private investments in.
